Santa couldn’t do it all himself and neither could we. For this winter 2023 special edition, Pens worked with Tim McKenzie to craft a shimmering diamondcast acrylic resin that reflects the magical warmth of the Season. Then, we worked with the talented team at Retro 51 to craft Tim’s shimmering burgundy and gold resin into the tapered profile of the retractable Tornado rollerball pen.
To highlight the glistening gold highlights in the resin, Retro accented this pen with polished brass appointments, clip, and knurled twist-top. To top it all off, an illustration of a holly adorns the top disc. If a “Scrooge” writes with this pen, their heart will grow three sizes larger in an instant.
The Retro 51 Tornado ‘Tis the Season Rollerball is limited to 364 numbered pens made in this -exclusive edition. 364 is the total number of gifts given in the song “12 Days of Christmas.” The edition number is engraved on the top ring.
