Reflect on the ephemeral nature of life through the beauty and splendor of cherry blossoms. Inspired by the filling systems of vintage Japanese fountain pens, the Opus 88 Mini “Sakura” Cherry Blossom design is a gentle reminder to bloom, dance upon the winds, and enjoy the ride.

Pink Sakura blossoms float throughout the cap and barrel of this pocket-sized fountain pen. Swirls of light pink and white suggest the wind currents carrying the flowers on a gentle breeze. Opus 88 prints the delicate pattern of Sakura over a polished black cap and frosted, translucent white demonstrator barrel. Pen enthusiast and graphic artist Tracy Marsaioli illustrated the Sakura design. Tracy collaborated with other Opus 88 pens like the Blizzard and Baby Beluga as well as several Retro 51 Tornado Pens.

Fill up the Sakura with your choice of bottled fountain pen ink using the included eyedropper. The translucent barrel can hold approximately 1.5ml of ink. The Opus 88’s shut-off valve prevents any unexpected ink leaks or burping.
